BalanceBoard is currently available in the United States to people age 13 or older. There is no under-13 parental-consent signup pathway.
No. The core planner works without wellness check-ins or AI. Task-planning AI runs only when a student requests an AI action and can be disabled in Settings. Wellness tracking is optional, and AI wellness requires a separate choice before structured check-in fields may be used.
