1. Student Accounts

The student is the account holder and primary user. BalanceBoard does not give a parent or guardian automatic access to tasks, schedules, Google Classroom data, wellness entries, journal notes, or AI activity.

2. No Monitoring or Sharing Dashboard

No parent-monitoring or student-to-parent sharing feature is currently available. Settings cannot be used to grant parent access, and BalanceBoard does not send parents wellness, crisis-resource, or activity reports.

3. Privacy and Safety Requests

Parents and guardians may contact privacy@balanceboard.app about a privacy concern involving a minor. BalanceBoard may require information reasonably necessary to verify identity, guardianship, and legal authority before acting. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law.

4. Immediate Safety

BalanceBoard is not monitored and is not an emergency service. If a student may be in immediate danger, call 911. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
